- Groups of 2 Students will be Given an Owl Pellet, 2 Pans, 4 Skewers and a Listing of Discoverable Bones
- Continue the Placement of Bones into a Pattern that will Eventually Resemble a Complete Animal Skeleton
8th Grade
- A Partial Solar Eclipse will Occur this Sunday Beginning at 5:30
- Differences Between Solar and Lunar Eclipses
- Review the Planets of our Solar System
- The Planets of Our Solar System Presentation
- Each slide represents a planet and should include:
- Slide 1 (Title Slide) – Title & Your Name
- Slide 2 (Title, Bullet & Photo Slide) The Sun
- Diameter, Period of Rotation, Core Temperature, Surface Temperature and a Picture
- Slide 3 – 11 (Title, Bullet & Photo Slide)
- Planets Name, Distance from the Sun, Period of Rotation, Period of Revolution, Surface Gravity Compared to Earth, How Many Moons it has, When it was Discovered, One Interesting Fact of Your Choice & A Picture of Said Planet
